Nothing in advance
One fixed price for the whole assessment. You only pay if the report is worth at least five times what it costs.
$600
for the first three clients, then $900
If the report identifies less than five times the fee in yearly savings ($3,000 at $600, $4,500 at $900), there is no invoice.
Terms
- Payment
- Invoiced when you receive the report, 7 days net.
- Turnaround
- 5 working days from the last of the three exports and the five answers.
- Questions
- Ask about any finding in writing for 14 days after delivery. If a withdrawn finding takes the total below five times the fee, the invoice is cancelled.
- What’s guaranteed
- The savings the report identifies. Implementing them is yours.

- An introductory price while I build public case studies.
- Who it’s for
- Azure bills from about $2,000 a month. Below that, I’ll tell you so and answer a question or two for free: at that size the assessment usually can’t clear its own guarantee.
